- Merchandise the sales floor to company standards, maintaining a clean and organized visual display.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and periodic audits.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict adherence to company security policies.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills and accuracy in handling money.
