Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and needs-based selling
- Drive sales growth by achieving daily/weekly targets and upselling premium products
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Collaborate with weekend team to optimize inventory management and stock replenishment

Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in fast-paced weekend environments

- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (primarily Saturday/Sunday)
