Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Proactively greet and assist customers, offering personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping journey.
- Sales Growth: Drive revenue by utilizing sales techniques to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and organized.
- Operational Efficiency: Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and manage returns or exchanges per company policy.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock counts, replenishment, and inventory organization to ensure product availability.
- Brand Advocacy: Uphold the company's brand image and values in every interaction with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end fashion environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for occasional weekday shifts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Skills: Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
