Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and exceed monthly targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling strategies.
- Greet customers warmly upon entry, assess needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
