Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a smile, providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Organize merchandise displays to ensure a clean, safe, and inviting store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Cash handling and balancing responsibilities.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required for the right attitude.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer and POS system proficiency.
- A positive, customer-focused mindset.
