Responsibilities
- Drive sales through personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory and merchandise presentation to reflect brand standards
- Collaborate with weekday team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Identify upsell opportunities and implement cross-selling strategies
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year proven sales experience in retail or customer-facing role
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with track record of exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with retail technology (POS systems, inventory software)
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
