Qualifications
- 1+ years retail/sales experience with proven track record in weekend environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) with some holiday hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Ability to lift 25lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid work authorization and clean background check
