Responsibilities
- Engage with customers warmly to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Drive sales and achieve personal and team sales targets specifically during weekend shifts.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and restocking of inventory.
- Uphold company policies and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and closing shifts.
