Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service during evening hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean and presentable.
- Handle cash handling and register operations with strict accuracy and security protocols.
- Perform end-of-shift closing duties, including locking doors and setting alarms.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
