Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Understand and promote our loyalty programs and seasonal promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
