Responsibilities
- Greet & Engage: Welcome customers warmly and build rapport to understand their needs.
- Drive Sales: Actively promote products and services to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Transactions: Process sales efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
- Merchandising: Maintain store appearance, stock shelves, and organize displays according to company standards.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a premium shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
