Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge, style recommendations, and needs assessment
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and strategic product demonstrations
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Execute visual merchandising standards including stock rotation and floor presentation
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs
- Assist with inventory management, receiving, and stockroom organization
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Passion for fashion, home goods, or retail merchandise
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
