Responsibilities
- Greet and Engage: Welcome every customer with a warm, professional demeanor and offer personalized assistance to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Drive Sales: Proactively identify customer needs and recommend products to meet their needs, achieving or exceeding weekly sales targets.
- Operational Excellence: Process transactions accurately at the register, handle returns and exchanges efficiently, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current inventory, promotions, and brand standards to effectively educate customers.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow associates during peak weekend hours and assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; we value attitude and trainability.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
