Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving daily targets
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure optimal store presentation
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment activities
- Actively seek customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience required
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets in a customer-facing role
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory software
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with occasional weekday flexibility
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Washington State driver's license preferred
