Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that drive sales and meet targets.
- Customer Experience: Provide world-class service by greeting customers, answering questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all displays are in accordance with company standards.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale using POS systems.
- Merchandising: Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and preparing displays.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
