As a Weekend Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable shopping experience. We value creativity, reliability, and a genuine love for our community.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to every customer entering the store and assist them in finding the perfect products.
- Customer Service: Answer product inquiries, offer style recommendations, and resolve any customer concerns with a positive attitude.
- Transaction Management: Process sales accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and folding merchandise.
- Inventory Support: Participate in weekly stock counts and inventory organization to ensure product availability.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with fellow team members and managers to ensure store goals are met.
- Event Support: Assist in setting up and breaking down weekend pop-up events or in-store promotions.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday), with the ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings or late evenings.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are mandatory.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
