Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business leads within a designated territory.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consultative selling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Close deals and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in outside sales or business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a track record of success.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Automotive, Commercial, or Software Sales experience preferred.
