Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling techniques.
- Present product demos and value propositions to prospective clients to identify their specific needs.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries, qualifying leads and moving them through the sales pipeline.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to ensure revenue targets are met.
- Manage the entire sales cycle within the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update customer profiles in real-time.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or lead generation (must be willing to work night shift).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and resilience in handling rejection.
- Must be available to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 5 PM - 2 AM EST/CT).
