Responsibilities
- Proactively contact and qualify inbound and outbound leads via phone and email.
- Demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting key value propositions.
- Navigate CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to manage and track client interactions.
- Close deals and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to contract signing.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, BDR, or SDR roles (entry-level with strong personality considered).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated and competitive with a "hunter" mentality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Reliable internet connection and workspace (if remote).
