Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 sustainability roadmaps aligned with global ESG standards
- Lead carbon footprint reduction strategies across 15+ operational sites
- Drive circular economy initiatives including waste reduction and supply chain optimization
- Manage ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB) for Fortune 500 clients
- Spearhead stakeholder engagement with NGOs, investors, and regulatory bodies
- Oversee sustainability tech implementation (IoT, AI analytics, blockchain traceability)
- Mentor cross-functional teams on sustainable business practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with 2020+ target experience
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSEP) or equivalent
- Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks and carbon accounting standards
- Proven track record of scaling sustainability programs in tech/manufacturing
- Advanced data analytics skills with sustainability software proficiency
- Experience with federal/state sustainability regulations (SEC climate rules, California AB 253)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management abilities
