Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 global sustainability strategy aligned with UN SDGs and net-zero targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing circular economy models and waste-to-value systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with cleantech startups, government agencies, and NGOs
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging climate technologies and regulatory shifts
- Oversee ESG reporting frameworks and carbon footprint reduction programs
- Drive innovation in sustainable supply chain optimization and green logistics
- Mentor sustainability fellows and publish thought leadership in industry journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with measurable impact on decarbonization
- Expertise in circular economy principles, LCA methodologies, and ESG frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling sustainability initiatives across multinational organizations
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in sustainability software (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Enablon)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or similar designation required
- Experience with policy advocacy and stakeholder engagement in climate initiatives
