Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 Sustainability Roadmap with measurable KPIs for carbon neutrality and resource efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing circular economy solutions for product lifecycles
- Integrate AI/ML analytics to optimize sustainability metrics and predict environmental impacts
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate-tech startups and regulatory bodies
- Drive ESG compliance reporting and stakeholder communication frameworks
- Overhead innovation sprints focused on renewable energy adoption and waste reduction
- Represent the company at global sustainability forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with proven 2020s-era impact metrics
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi) and circular economy principles
- Advanced proficiency in sustainability software (SAP EHS, Enablon) and AI analytics tools
- Experience managing multi-million dollar ESG transformation budgets
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or similar credential
- Demonstrated success in scaling sustainability initiatives across Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
