- Mentor a team of futurists and trend analysts to build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism with proven impact on long-term strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional scenario-planning and systems-thinking capabilities with track record of successful implementation
- Executive presence with experience influencing C-suite decisions and board communications
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, futures studies, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, books, or keynote presentations)
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
