Responsibilities

- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive leadership to stress-test future business models
- Design innovation pipelines for emerging markets and next-generation consumer ecosystems
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate breakthrough technologies with 5+ year commercial horizons
- Publish thought leadership frameworks on future-proofing organizations in exponential times
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight maturity and adoption across business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and exponential technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative discipline
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major strategic transformations delivered
