Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and socio-economic shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks to model future market disruptions and opportunities

Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related discipline
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing organizational strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-vision work or implemented strategic foresight projects
