- Produce quarterly trend briefings on geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic disruptors
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize future-focused innovation projects
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic alignment and adaptability
- Present future outlooks at industry conferences and investor summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-departmental future literacy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in forecasting technology adoption curves and market shifts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Experience publishing future-focused thought leadership
- Strong network with futurist communities and research institutes
