- Deliver thought leadership through executive briefings and industry whitepapers
- Design future-proof business models and organizational structures for 2026+ readiness
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future visions
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and social shifts impacting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing future-facing business strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or University of Houston) preferred
