Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ technology and societal trend radar
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Translate foresight analysis into strategic priorities and product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author white papers on emerging paradigms (Web4.0, Quantum Commercialization)
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
- Present strategic foresight findings at industry conferences and board meetings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of anticipating technological disruptions (blockchain, quantum, AGI)
- Deep expertise in behavioral economics and human-AI collaboration models
- Published thought leadership on sustainable futures or digital transformation
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, trend mapping)
