- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Produce executive-ready future-state roadmaps with actionable KPIs
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize innovation portfolios aligned with long-term vision
- Author thought leadership publications on exponential technology adoption
- Advose clients on resilience planning for disruptive market shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate futurism roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse stakeholder audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused thought leadership
