Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 5-year strategic foresight models with quarterly scenario planning updates
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging trends and disruptive forces
- Produce actionable whitepapers on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Design innovation frameworks for product development teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global macroeconomic indicators and geopolitical risks
- Mentor junior analysts in futures methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech or innovation publications
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency with AI trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, TrendHunter)
- Experience in Fortune 500 strategic planning environments
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
