Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using quantitative modeling and qualitative trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on disruptive technologies and market paradigms
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen methodologies
- Translate complex future projections into executable business strategies across product development
- Author annual 'Horizon Report' synthesizing global megatrends and competitive disruption vectors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and adaptive innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with experience in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
- Published thought leadership on future trends in industry journals or major platforms
