- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop evidence-based strategic scenarios and roadmaps for long-term business transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into product development cycles
- Present compelling foresight narratives to executive leadership and investor communities
- Establish and maintain an ecosystem of futurist partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive modeling and market simulation
- Author thought leadership publications positioning the company as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented planning
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent fields
- Experience leading global teams across cultural and disciplinary boundaries
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic implementation of future foresight
