Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-makers in Fortune 500 companies
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with global stakeholders
- Produce whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging tech and societal shifts
- Build quantitative forecasting models for market evolution and adoption curves
- Advolve cross-functional teams in integrating foresight into product roadmaps
- Represent the firm at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech trend analysis
- Experience designing scenario planning methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Exceptional data visualization and predictive modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from futurists.org)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful future-strategy implementations
