Your Mission:
Drive organic visibility through innovative technical and content strategies tailored for the future of search.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site health issues, including Core Web Vitals and schema markup optimization.
- Develop and execute data-driven keyword strategies targeting high-value search intent, including voice and zero-click queries.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement AI-assisted content workflows that enhance readability and searchability.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and proactively adjust strategies to maintain rankings.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics 4 and other advanced SEO tools to generate actionable insights.
- Build and manage high-quality backlink profiles through white-hat outreach and relationship building.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in Search Engine Optimization, with a focus on technical SEO and data analysis.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Analytics 4, and major SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, SurferSEO) to augment content strategy and optimization processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable growth tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
