As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will own our search engine visibility, drive traffic, and optimize the user journey to maximize conversion rates. You will work closely with our engineering and content teams to implement technical best practices that align with Google's core updates.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement remediation strategies to improve site architecture and crawlability.
- Develop and execute data-driven content strategies to target high-volume, low-competition keywords.
- Manage link building campaigns and monitor domain authority growth using advanced tools.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and third-party SEO software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, content writers) to optimize landing pages for conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO concepts.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for technical implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
