Responsibilities
- Technical Strategy: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site architecture issues that hinder organic performance.
- Keyword Leadership: Lead the keyword research and targeting strategy, focusing on high-value, low-competition opportunities that drive qualified traffic.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators and copywriters to optimize landing pages, ensuring alignment with user intent and search algorithms.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing actionable insights and monthly performance reports to stakeholders.
- Link Building: Develop and execute a white-hat link building strategy to improve domain authority and referral traffic.
- Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor competitor movements and market trends to adapt our SEO strategy proactively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving organic search rankings for mid-to-large scale websites.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Shopify).
- Tools: Expertise in tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Tag Manager.
- Analytics: Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
