Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive SEO roadmap tailored for 2026 search trends, focusing on AI integration and semantic search.
- Conduct deep technical audits of our infrastructure to ensure crawlability, indexability, and site speed optimization.
- Lead a team of content strategists and developers to align on-page elements with evolving search algorithms.
- Oversee off-page authority building strategies, including high-authority link acquisition and digital PR.
- Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights, optimizing conversion funnels alongside traffic growth.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies (e.g., voice search, LLMs) and adapt our strategy accordingly.
- Present quarterly performance reports to C-level stakeholders, forecasting future growth areas.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep understanding of Google’s latest updates and the ability to predict algorithmic shifts.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, BigQuery).
- Experience with Python or advanced scripting for automation of SEO workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into high-level business strategy.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
