Responsibilities
- Drive sales through consultative selling techniques and personalized customer engagement
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining premium service standards
- Build and nurture high-value client relationships across diverse demographics
- Execute strategic product demonstrations and promotional campaigns
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance
- Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to enhance store presentation
- Maintain deep product knowledge across premium inventory categories
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven sales experience in premium retail or B2B environments
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets (minimum 110% achievement)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and inventory management
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (client site visits required)
