- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance customer engagement
- Lead onboarding and mentorship for new sales associates
- Manage complex customer transactions and loyalty program enrollment
- Collaborate with store management to identify sales opportunities
- Conduct inventory audits and replenishment activities

Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven retail sales experience with documented revenue growth
- Expert knowledge of premium retail product categories
- Advanced CRM system proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Ability to consistently achieve/exceed sales targets
- Strong visual merchandising and inventory management abilities
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license for occasional store transfers
- Availability for weekend and holiday shifts
