Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Drive sales through product demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash security
- Manage inventory, restock displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with night crew to ensure store readiness for morning operations
- Meet/exceed sales targets and qualify for monthly performance bonuses

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
