Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client consultations and styling services to drive conversion
- Exceed monthly sales targets through relationship building and upselling techniques
- Manage inventory control and visual merchandising standards
- Train and mentor junior associates on product knowledge and sales processes
- Operate POS systems and process transactions with accuracy
- Develop and maintain client book for repeat business referrals
- Collaborate with store manager on floor coverage and operational excellence
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury retail or high-end sales experience required
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expert knowledge of premium fashion brands and current trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
