Responsibilities

- Lead technical mentorship for junior engineers and data scientists within the R&D division.
- Translate complex academic research papers into production-ready, high-performance code.
- Define the technical roadmap and architecture for the 2026 product lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with 2+ years specifically in Quantum Computing or Hybrid systems.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum SDKs such as Cirq, Qiskit, or PennyLane.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability, and optimization theory.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions in high-growth environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
