As our AI Ethics & Governance Lead, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global policymakers to establish ethical guardrails while enabling responsible AI adoption. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives to develop auditable compliance mechanisms, bias mitigation protocols, and transparency frameworks that align with our 2026 sustainability goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory predictions
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees to assess high-impact AI deployments
- Develop audit protocols for bias detection and algorithmic transparency
- Partner with legal teams to shape compliance strategies for emerging AI regulations

Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI governance, ethics, or regulatory compliance

- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global regulations
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and algorithmic transparency
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., CAG, CAIGI)
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies or standards organizations
- Published work on AI ethics or responsible AI adoption
