Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends (quantum computing, Web4, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI, robotics, and blockchain teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Partner with venture capital firms to identify strategic acquisition targets
- Present technology forecasts to executive leadership and industry boards
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/climate/biotech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP, CFS)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management preferred
