Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026+ innovation roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive market opportunities and competitive threats
- Design and execute strategic pilots for breakthrough technologies with $2M+ annual budgets
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with enterprise vision and shareholder value
- Establish industry-leading foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Build and manage a global network of academic, governmental, and startup innovation partners
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services in high-growth sectors
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience scaling innovation teams from ideation to commercialization
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Innovation Management preferred
