Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year future-state roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and disruption patterns
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience leading cross-organizational transformation initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in technology, economics, or strategic foresight
