Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market evolution
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future scenarios and contingency plans
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to accelerate innovation pipeline and patent strategy
- Establish thought leadership through keynote speaking and industry publications
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global foresight network
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
- Experience scaling foresight methodologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
