Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market signals to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizations to navigate disruptive change and seize future opportunities
- Produce actionable foresight reports, scenario plans, and innovation roadmaps for C-suite clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision implementation
- Monitor horizon-scanning networks and synthesize complex data into compelling strategic narratives
- Advolve in patent landscaping and IP strategy for emerging domains
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data visualization capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
- Fluency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
