Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, neurotech) and develop 2026-2035 impact forecasts
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technology adoption curves
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce quarterly Horizon Reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Build proprietary trend-detection models using alternative data sources
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and future-focused global forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Published thought leadership in tech/societal transformation (Harvard Sloan, MIT Tech Review)
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems, and exponential technology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Complexity Science, or equivalent
- Proficiency in trend-mapping tools (Gartner, Forrester, custom models)
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 trend predictions with 80%+ accuracy
- Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
