- Produce executive-level trend briefings translating complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops on emerging technology adoption
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight effectiveness and ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
